CHERRY ROSES

- Butter, soft 62.50 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Vanilla sugar 12 g
- Salt 0.5 g
- Eggs 1 pce
- Lime, zest 0.25 pce
- White flour 100 g
- Baking powder 4 g
- Whole cream 37.5 g
- Cherries 87.5 g
PREPARATION
Pit the cherries and chop into small pieces. Place the butter in a bowl and stir until soft. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one at a time until the mixture becomes quite light in colour. Add the lime zest, flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir in the whole cream and cherries. Rinse the silicone mould with lukewarm water and fill each mould 3 / 4 with the dough.
COOKING
Place the silicon mould in the preheated barbecue and bake the cakes for around 20 minutes at 200° C.
