- Sausages 1 pce
Cut thin slits in the sausages, 5 mm apart.
Arrange the sausages in the middle of the preheated barbecue and grill them at a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they are brown. Then move the sausages to the edge, turn the heat down to the lowest setting and continue to grill the sausages for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on size, with the lid closed.
Serve with coarse-grained mustard.
