- Medallions of pork fillet, 50 g each 25 Stk
- Rashers of bacon 2
- Jumbo prawns (extra-large) 1 pce
- Stalks of lemongrass 1
- Ground pepper
- Olive oil
Wrap the medallions of pork fillet with the bacon. Skewer two medallions and one prawn on a lemon grass stalk, season with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil. Grill the skewers on the pre-heated stainless steel griddle plate for about 5 minutes on each side.
Instead of the stainless steel griddle plate, you can use the griddle plate if you wish.
